Our current project – The Winter Lookbook, this season takes on a new guise. Producing something that reflects the mood of the collection without alienation can often be a challenge. Aqua has always been about reinvention, style revolution and rebirth. It’s something we pride ourselves on, but it can be controversial on a commercial level. Balance is easy to tip when you’re so immersed in something that has essentially been born from within.

Peep Show.
So, I know. It’s been a while.
I have excuses for my absence, I really do. No bank holiday breaks for us, oh no. No rest for the, erm…wicked?
On monday, we shot our first womens fashion film.
Peepshow.
Tomorrow we are shooting our first Advertising Campaign. A week of firsts it would seem. Oh, and I currently have a ginger boy, who should be brunette. Another first. I will update you, promise. Scouts honour – and all that bollocks. Wish us luck. WHITE HOUSE, see you first thing. We’ll be there with effing bells on.

Hanging in the Hanger.
Fri-day. D-day. Shoots are always hard work and LONG days, but when you can look back and you’re in love with the shots- it is 100% worth the 6:00am call time and 8:00pm finish. We opted for a new face, and as far as i’m concerned THE face. Rachel is Manchester born and bred, and as gorgeous as the 6-8 day. Uncorrupted, 17 and Strawberry Blonde. Perfect ‘Aqua’ fodder and a pleasure to work with. The team were beautiful and the collection looks amazing. A massive thank you to all that made this look book what i’m sure it will become. Over to the beautiful French Man…
